Mr. George is a Vice President of PMW Associates. He is a retired Police Chief and Interim City Manager from the City of South Gate, California, where he had 31 years of service. He holds a Masters degree in Public Communications and a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Management both from Pepperdine University. He is a graduate of the International City Managers? Association Executive Managers Course and a graduate of the FBI National Academy Law Enforcement Executive Development Course. Ron teaches in the POST Managers Course and has participated in several organizational studies. He specializes in Strategic Planning and Team Building workshops throughout California and other Western States. He also facilitates Ethics and Values workshops.
